Fleet Elite isn't just about satisfying the customer, but keeping them as loyal sales and service customers, and turning them into advocates of the dealership. Fleet Elite is a dealership certification program that is designed to ensure Fleet and Commercial customers receive a thorough, accurate, and convenient dealership experience. Target dealers for the Fleet Elite program have been selected based on high volume of courtesy deliveries; "fleet friendly" practices, and familiarity with Chrysler LLC's coveted Five Star programs. These dealers are currently being certified and in-dealership validations will continue throughout the year.

What is the Goal of Fleet Elite?

  • Provide a "World Class" dealer experience to Fleet and Fleet Management Company (FMC) Accounts and Customers
  • Leverage Five Star to create a program that delivers a consistent delivery, sales and service process for Fleet & Commercial customers through a select and certified group of dealers

  • Offers a FAST and CONVENIENT Courtesy Delivery process
  • Fleet Elite certification is awarded only to select Dealerships that have demonstrated that they are focused on treating and retaining fleet customers as they would a retail customer
  • Fleet Elite dealers have designated Fleet Elite manager and service personnel to ensure each transaction is handled professionally and efficiently
  • Fleet Elite dealers are required to use Chrysler Servicenet Centralized Billing System
  • Enhanced search functions have been added to the Chrysler Fleet website to assist Fleet Accounts with locating Fleet Elite dealers
  • Fleet Elite dealers utilize a certified follow-up process for both delivery and service customers to obtain feedback and gauge customer satisfaction
